We looked for months and toured maybe 25 homes and nothing came close to the incredible floor plan of our Mangrum-built home. We use every space in our new home, unlike earlier houses we owned that were full of "dead" spaces.

Had one repair that I requested via email - Mangrum team emailed me back within 10 minutes that they had some date options for me to schedule the repair - within a week we had that entire repair completed with a smile. Mangrum teams are always true to their word - I'd recommend them as a top-tiered builder in the RDU area.

What I was most impressed about Mangrum Building was how they worked with us on a personal level not only throughout the process of building our house, but even after we moved in. If there was ever a concern they addressed it in a timely manner, and assisted us with any requests we had well after we were settled in. Truly made us feel like we were part of the family and still do.

The floors, counters, cabinets and other finishes are top of the line—above anything else we saw.
