Incredible quality - top notch customer support after my new home purchase. I purchased my home from Mangrum in early 2018 and can't say enough great stuff about the nice teams and the craftsmanship of their work. Had one repair that I requested via email - Mangrum team emailed me back within 10 minutes that they had some date options for me to schedule the repair - within a week we had that entire repair completed with a smile. Mangrum teams are always true to their word - I'd recommend them as a top-tiered builder in the RDU area.

We looked for months and toured maybe 25 homes and nothing came close to the incredible floor plan of our Mangrum-built home. We use every space in our new home, unlike earlier houses we owned that were full of "dead" spaces.

The floors, counters, cabinets and other finishes are top of the line—above anything else we saw.

I know most of the time you are probably dealing with customers complaining so I just wanted to tell you guys we are so happy with our home and the level of service you guys have provided to us to resolve any issues we’ve had. We will always be available as a reference for you guys and we love our new home from Mangrum Building. Thanks for all you have done.

What I was most impressed about Mangrum Building was how they worked with us on a personal level not only throughout the process of building our house, but even after we moved in. If there was ever a concern they addressed it in a timely manner, and assisted us with any requests we had well after we were settled in. Truly made us feel like we were part of the family and still do.
